Information You Provide
When you send a project inquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, project type, city or ZIP, description, timeline, budget range, and any optional photos or plans. Please do not upload identity documents or sensitive financial information.
How We Use It
We use inquiry information to understand your project, review fit, prepare for a consultation, and follow up using the method you select. Agreeing to project follow-up is not consent to unrelated advertising or customer matching.
Storage and Service Providers
Inquiries and uploaded plans are stored privately using Lovable Cloud infrastructure. Public visitors cannot read submitted leads or uploaded files. Authorized business access is through the business’s protected Cloud workspace.
Analytics and Advertising
Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads hooks are prepared but remain pending until genuine business tracking IDs are configured. When enabled, Google may receive visit paths, inquiry success events, click-to-call events, and permitted campaign attribution (UTM parameters and Google click IDs) for measurement and ad optimization. Names, emails, phone numbers, plans, descriptions, and budgets are not sent in analytics events. No customer matching or offline uploads are enabled.
Your Cookie Choices
Optional analytics and advertising choices are separate. In regions requiring consent, tracking is denied until you choose; unresolved locations also require a choice. Elsewhere ordinary tracking may operate unless you refuse or opt out. You can reject optional cookies as easily as accept them and change or withdraw through Cookie settings in the footer. Choice dates and the version of the notice are stored on your device; withdrawal does not erase earlier acceptance evidence. No blocked past event is replayed after acceptance.
Spam Prevention
Submissions are validated, checked for automated spam, and limited to five attempts per hour per connection. A hashed connection identifier is stored for this purpose; shared connections may encounter the same limit.
Retention and Requests
Corex Builders must confirm a retention schedule and privacy contact before publication. To ask about an inquiry, deletion, or correction, contact the business using the contact page. Data is not sold by this website. Required rights depend on applicable law.
